2. Purpose of Data Processing
The information collected is used strictly to evaluate wholesale bulk spice procurement requests, calculate commercial pricing, coordinate interstate cargo transit, and format FSSAI-compliant custom packaging options. We do not sell or lease corporate profile details to third-party marketing firms.
3. Data Sharing & Security
To facilitate interstate logistics and FSSAI/GST compliance, we share relevant order parameters (such as e-Way bills and HSN declarations) with certified shipping carriers and tax authorities. All corporate profile details are stored securely on our database networks, protected by standard serverless firewalls.
4. GST & Corporate Compliance
GSTIN validations are processed strictly for e-Way bill verification and legal tax invoicing. We maintain transactional histories as required by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, for audit and compliance purposes.
