Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 15, 2026. These terms govern all B2B procurement queries, wholesale contracts, and private labeling transactions.
1. B2B Sourcing Scope
BVKSpices functions strictly as a wholesale B2B agro-commodity processor, exporter, and private label partner. We do not service individual retail consumer transactions. Sourcing inquiries submitted through this platform represent interest in wholesale commercial contracts.
2. GSTIN & State Jurisdiction
All domestic transactions are processed with valid corporate GSTIN verification. Interstate logistics services (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra) require precise tax registration data to successfully issue commercial e-Way bills and calculate cargo HSN codes.
3. Quality & Certification
Spices and agro-commodities are sorted, cold-milled, and packed under FSSAI License No. 13624011000708. We provide batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (CoA) validating chemical purity, moisture, and ash thresholds upon commercial dispatch.
4. Contract & Payment Terms
Submission of an RFQ does not constitute a binding supply agreement. Binding commercial parameters, payment schedules, and dispatch milestones are negotiated and signed separately by authorized procurement desks.
5. Dispute & Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of procurement queries shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
